The Coralville United Methodist
Church at 806 - 13th Ave in Coralville had numerous
leaks throughout the EPDM roof.
The 6,000 Sq Ft roof was power
washed with a cleaning solution designed to etch the
surface as well as clean it to get it ready for
coatings. All the seams, stacks, and vents were taped
with Butyl backed roofing tape and coated with WPM#9
primer and 2,000 finish coat before the powerwashing.

The entire roof was then coated
with Astecs 2000 finish coat twice.
Resulting in an energy efficient
white roof with no leaks and a 10 year warranty on
material and labor. John Austin could now be relieved in
letting the board members know.
