The cedar siding and the deck rails at the condominium buildings located at 1701, 1705, and 1709 Lynmcrest Drive in Coralville were way past due for stain.Chambers Management gave me the job after I submitted a bid to do the work. |
After pressure washing all exterior surfaces to be stained, they were brushed with Woodscapes latex exterior stain by Sherwin Williams.The exterior of buildings as well as the deck rails and garages, were all taken care of.After the job was completed, the entire complex looked brand new. |
