While nice at first, the blue trim and the white body colors were feeling a bit stale after a number of years.Most of the overhang in the front of the building, especially the underside, had to be sanded due to rust build-up and flaking paint. |
The paint job at 391 Highland Avenue, (Flooring America,) consisted of a power-wash with tri-sodium phosphate, then scrubbing and sanding all the rough and rusted areas, after which was coated with a rust inhibitive primer.Most of the store was sprayed with latex exterior Super Paint by Sherwin Williams; the blue trim was brushed in last. |
